Overview
Advent Design's Business Solutions and PLANNING AND PRODUCTIVITY group works with each customer to evaluate, document,
and plan how to best utilize both new and existing manufacturing
resources. Advent Design can assist in all stages of manufacturing
operations from order entry, production and inventory control
to production equipment and warehousing operations. Many times
the sources of manufacturing problems and inefficiencies are not
clear. Advent Design will analyze current manufacturing operations
and develop recommendations for improvement, which are tailored
to provide the greatest reduction in operating cost and lead-time.
After developing the improvements, Advent Design can develop a
comprehensive implementation plan and can provide project
management services for the implementation. Project
management may consist of equipment specification,
procurement, and installation or working with supervisors and
operators to implement lean
concepts on the shop floor. Advent Design can develop
the appropriate operating improvements for your company and help
you make them happen.
