Advent Design’s PLANNING AND PRODUCTIVITY group provides a variety of lean manufacturing, project management and facility planning services. These services range from acting as project manager and coordinating a move for an entire facility, to developing manufacturing cost reductions and preparing equipment cost studies, workflow analyses, and plant layouts for proposed expansions, relocations, and start-ups. Advent Design can effectively develop plans to reduce operating costs and lead time and to improve quality performance using a variety of lean manufacturing concepts such as value stream mapping, setup reduction, and cellular manufacturing.
